The Team Conversation Survey, developed by Richard Hews and Bob Moore is designed to help teams identify where their conversations are strong or inefficient and unhealthy, so that the strengths of the team can be built on and new more healthy and productive ways of working can be established and practiced.
The survey, first used in 2015 and available in English and Spanish, has been used by leaders and coaches of nearly 50 teams in the for profit and non-profit sectors. Teams have used the survey to identify where to focus their efforts and to document their increased performance over time.
The survey can be thought of as a team conversation X-Ray, getting below the surface to not only identify areas for improvement, but also suggest ways in which that improvement can be brought about.
